GRAIN
HERITAGE GRAIN LLC
Terms of service
Effective date
These terms take effect on 5 November 2026. A posted replacement supersedes them. Reading the site after that posting means the replacement applies.
Who operates the site
HERITAGE GRAIN LLC operates heritagegrain.shop. The representative is Michele Manz Barnes. The street is 17 McDowell Rd, Washington, ME 04574, United States. Mail is michele@heritagegrain.shop. The telephone is +1 304 356 6675. The record is marked with business license number 20261235923 and D-U-N-S 144012383. Heritagegrain names the website. GRAIN is the word inside the hopper. Neither label is a second legal entity.
Permitted use
A reader may open the public pages and may write about one of the six notes. The reader may not use the site to break the law, to deliver malware, to load the host so heavily that the pages fail, or to present these pages as another company's record.
The six notes
Heritage Line, Grain Lot, Age Mark, Shop Slip, Bin Count, and Letter Shelf are wording published here. They are not a grain sale, a mill order, a store ranking, or advice in law, tax, or securities. A letter is not a contract unless both sides later sign a separate writing.
The license number
Business license number 20261235923 is shown as a number. These terms add no expiry date, and they do not recast that number as a Maine Secretary of State filing number.
Intellectual property
HERITAGE GRAIN LLC keeps the wording, the hopper mark, and the layout of heritagegrain.shop, except where a line names a different owner. Copying these pages onto another domain and presenting them as that domain's record is not allowed.
No warranty of a result
Pages may be revised. Every number shown is a number supplied for the company record. Sending a letter is not a warranty that a store listing, a download total, or a sum of money will change. These pages do not offer grain for sale, securities, or the rental of a sign-in account.
Limit
As far as Maine law allows, HERITAGE GRAIN LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential loss that comes from reading the public pages or from a delay in answering mail. This limit does not cancel a liability the law itself keeps in place.
Letters the company will not accept
Mail is turned away when it asks the company to invent a platform partnership, to guarantee a store result or a payment, to pass a review by evasion, or to transfer or loan a login.
Courts
Maine law governs these terms. Conflict rules that would point at another state's law are not applied. A dispute goes to a state or federal court with jurisdiction over Washington, Maine. The telephone's area code does not shift that court.
How to reach the company
Write to michele@heritagegrain.shop, or use the street in the company record.
